Recordings of our live-stream classes are available with 24-hour links.
Video links will be emailed approximately 1 hour after the live class runs and again in the evening to accommodate later enrollments.
Steps to register for a class:
- Click on the “Sign Up” button.
- Sign into your Mindbody Online account or to create a new account.
- A Zoom invitation is emailed either the day before or the morning of your scheduled class.
- If you do not see the invite in your email, be sure to check your Spam, Trash or Junk folder.
- Tips for attending a VIRTUAL class:
- Login early to make sure your internet connection is working and to work through any technical difficulties.
- You can use video option or just the audio if you prefer.

Suggested accessories for a virtual class and links:
- Yoga or Pilates Mat
- Yoga Blocks
- Towel for head, neck or low back support.
- Foam Rollers, Magic Circles, Light Hand weights, Therabands, and Fit Balls are also used in specific classes.
