This class will focus on learning the first part of the Yang style long form. The goals will be to understand the principles of tai chi, finding your center and moving in a relaxed and balanced way. Learn to expand your awareness through grasping the bird's tail and single whip. People of all ages and levels of fitness are encouraged to come to the class to experience the benefits of Tai Chi.
