Sessions
A "session" is a series of classes that covers a prescribed amount of material in a specific time. Sessions are pre-paid, but drop-ins are welcome if space permits. Please check with the instructor. Drop-in fees for sessions are $15 for floor classes and $35 for equipment classes. If you currently have a package, you can use one of your classes on your card and pay the difference.

In this 90-minute class we will use sound biomechanical principles while flowing mindfully from one yoga posture to the next. Our focus will be on heart-centering alignment as we work from the inside out to create safe, strong, and meaningful poses that help us to playfully expand our abilities. We will explore the profound philosophy, intricate asana, and awareness-enhancing breath work that make up the transformative art of yoga. Students will be encouraged to find and work at their own .edge.. While most students will have some experience with yoga, this class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students alike, and practitioners will often be given variations of poses to suit their needs and levels of practice. Students brand new to yoga are also encouraged to try "Yoga Fundamentals".

Jump into this equipment session without having taken a private! Bart will cover the fundamental exercises up to and including a Level 2 workout. At the end of the session, clients will have a better understanding of how the Reformer works and will be able to take full advantage of beginning level Reformer classes.

We will approach yoga with a beginner's mind in this yoga fundamentals class. We will focus on cultivating body awareness, breath awareness, stamina, and safe alignment as we move through the basic yoga poses. This is a lighthearted class designed to give the new-comer a taste of yoga, and the more advanced yogic practitioner a fresh re-visitation of the basic principles of alignment. While the instructions will be basic, this 90 minute class will be appropriate for students of all physical abilities.

Being both alignment-oriented and heart-focused, this class will draw inspiration from many styles of yoga, especially Anusara and Iyengar. We will seek to align the body, breath and mind through movement in order to re-connect to our center and be present with our experience.
